Perforated Grilles from Airflex
Perforated grilles in many shapes, sizes and styles are supplied by Airflex. Materials used for our perforated grilles include aluminum, bronze, stainless steel, and steel. Our perforated grilles range in thickness from 1/16" minimum to 1/2" maximum. Many types of finishes are available including mirror polished, satin, statuary bronze, primed, baked enamel colors, and anodized finishes (black, gold, clear, duranodic). With perforated grilles keep in mind, standard perforating usually involves uniform patterns of standard-size holes punched across the sheet or coil. However, custom perforating by Airflex is infinitely more versatile.
Aluminum Perforated Grilles
Aluminum perforated grilles are an economical solution for applications requiring low profile, durable grille coverings for supply or return air in ceilings, sidewalls, sills, transoms, baseboards, sophists, electrical or any opening that requires a rugged covering. Our aluminum perforated grilles have optional whole patterns and designs can be manufactured to your requirements, including options of clear or color anodized after perforating.
Brass Perforated Grilles
Brass perforated grilles can be supplied as a full sheet or cut to size. Standard finishes available on brass perforated grilles include polished and lacquered brass(pl) or aluminum(as).
